The JA-81F is an Oasis two-way communicat-

ing keypad used for wireless operating and

programming of the JA-8x control panels with

a slim design and graphical display. The JA-81F

offers an extended internal menu where a

user can easily configure the keypad’s param-

eters. The status of the control panel including

information about door and window opening

is shown on a display, LEDs and signalled by

a built in acoustic indicator. The keypad also

has three functional keys for quick setting of

the system or individual partitions (A,B,C) if two

level partial setting or a split system is used. It

has a hardwired input to which additional sensors can be connected – e.g. a magnetic detector for door opening.

The type of reaction to triggering the wired input can be set at the control panel. All keypad text can be easily

edited, directly on the keypad or conveniently via a computer and OLink software. Every keypad in the system

can have its own texts. If battery powered, the keypad switches itself to sleep mode after 20 seconds in order to

prolong battery lifetime. The keypad can be activated from the sleep mode simply by pressing its cover for easy

operation of the built-in RFID card reader or automatically by triggering its hardwired input (e.g. by the magnetic

contact placed on the entrance door).

The JA-81F RGB keypad offers variable background colours. The background colour of the display can be custom-

ized to suit the taste of customers, with one of the colours being settable as the so-called alert colour shown

during fault or alarm situations to effectively attract attention of the user.

Wireless Keypad with Graphics Display JA-81F

The JA-81E is a hardwired version of the Oasis

keypad. It offers the same functions as the

JA-81F wireless keypad. The keypad is used to

control and program the system and has a built-

in proximity access card reader with an input

for a separate door detector. The wired keypad

is bus-powered.

The JA-81E RGB keypad offers variable back-

ground colours. The background colour of the

display can be customized to suit the taste of

customers, with one of the colours being setta-

ble as the so-called alert colour shown during fault or alarm situations to effectively attract attention of the user.

The PC-01 is a contact-free RFID card for opera-

ting the system. It is possible to program up to 50 access cards in an Oasis system. Presenting a card can also

require a code entry for higher security, if programmed. The PC-02 is an access card with a “key fob” shape.
